Premium Sale
The goal of the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Livestock Premium Sale is to provide financial incentives to 4-H and FFA youth involved in market animal projects which promote experience, responsibility and the development of life skills. Monies contributed to individuals are used to fund college educations and future projects for the youth.
Local and corporate businesses, as well as individuals donate to the San Angelo Stock Show Premium Sale which in turn benefits the local economy by encouraging families to return to San Angelo. Over a period of 11 days in February, more than 110,000 people are attracted to the San Angelo fairgrounds. Visitors often stay three or more days for the duration of the shows and Premium Sale, dining at local restaurants, filling hotels and participating in leisure activities around the city.
Buyers are categorized based upon the amount of money donated:
Platinum - over $15,000
Gold Ribbon - $5,000 - $14,999
Blue Ribbon - $1,000 - $4,999
Red Ribbon - $500 - $999
White Ribbon - $100 - $499
Yellow Ribbon - under $99
Please join us Saturday, February 27th at 2:00 p.m. in the Sale Pavilion of the Livestock Barn located on the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Fairgrounds.
Complimentary food and drinks are provided for buyers and VIP gate passes are issued to buyers pledging over $100. Every dollar donated to the Premium Sale goes directly to the exhibitors. To support the youth at the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Junior Livestock Premium Sale, please contact us.
